How it works
Discovery Call 30 min (ish)
We hop on Zoom. I ask you questions about how your week actually goes — where the time disappears, what tasks you dread, what piles up waiting on you specifically.
Analysis
I run the transcript through a process I've refined for spotting pain points and matching them to ready-to-use AI tools and techniques. Patterns emerge that you'd never catch in real time.
Then I add my own experience and trim anything that feels like a stretch. If I can't confidently explain why a tool or technique saves you time and money, it doesn't make the cut.
The Report
You get a polished deliverable with:
An executive summary, a priority matrix (what to do first, second, and save for later), specific recommendations with implementation steps, a quick-start plan, and a financial impact breakdown.
